In-Home Care Options & Home Care Packages

We understand that there are many available in-home care options, including Private Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programme, Community Care, and Home Care Packages, and we can provide guidance around all of them.

We extensively researched Home Care Package providers offering services across Melbourne. This research enables us to shortlist providers who offer a high level of care, a wide range of services, and reasonable management fees. We will work with you to find the best possible in-home care solution for your needs and provide ongoing support to ensure that you receive the most appropriate care.

  • If required, we can arrange an ACAS assessment to determine your care needs and eligibility for services.

  • Once you are in receipt of a Home Care Package, we can provide a shortlist of appropriate providers based on your individual care needs and assist you in choosing a provider based on your specific requirements.

  • We can also provide guidance around the self-management of Home Care Packages and offer a Private Case Management Service to help you manage your care plan effectively.

  • If you already have a Home Care Package, we can review it to ensure that you are receiving value for money.

  • We can explain and complete the Income Assessment paperwork (a fee is applicable for completion).
