Tailored Aged Care Solutions are led by Irina Nemtsov, a qualified Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in the public and private aged care sector.

Irina's professional background includes expertise in Aged Psychiatry and the Drug and Alcohol fields. For a decade, Irina worked as a Care Advisor for a large not-for-profit aged care provider in their Home Care team and, in recent years, as an Aged Care Specialist for a reputable private placement agency where she supported individuals and families seeking suitable aged care solutions in the residential aged care space.

In the past year, Irina has enriched her expertise in the aged care sector through her involvement in the Care Finder program with another prominent non-for-profit home care provider. This initiative, federally funded and conducted by Primary Health Networks, offers intensive support to vulnerable community members, facilitating their access to aged care services and other community supports.  Irina undertook the responsibility of managing two local government areas (LGAs) for the Care Finder and played a significant role in assisting numerous clients with their home and residential care requirements.

Irina's personal experience in caring for her grandmother, who lived with dementia and multiple health conditions for the last four years of her life, has inspired and provided Irina with a unique and invaluable perspective on the field of aged care and the importance of personal support for families and their ageing loved ones.

Australia's aged care system is complex and often disadvantages those it is designed to support.  Irina is passionate about helping families navigate this challenging space.  She has assisted hundreds of people throughout her professional career in better understanding the aged care system.
